The Eat-Japan Sushi Awards are back with the second ever UK Sushi Roll Championship. This is your chance to taste five unique sushi creations from some of the very best sushi chefs in the country!

Sponsored by Kikkoman and S&B, the UK Sushi Roll Championship is back for HYPER JAPAN Spring 2012, with five Japanese restaurants in the UK battling it out to win Sushi of the Year. This year there is another stunning line up of chefs from our five nominated restaurants:

• Matsuri St. James’s: Nobuyuki Yamaguchi/Sushi Chef
• SO Restaurant: Tomokazu Matsuya/Head Sushi Chef
• Tsunami: Kok Haw Lee/Tsunami
• Tsuru: Qiang Xia Zhi/Lead Sushi Chef
• Yashin: Masaki Nishioka/Sous Chef

Who decides? You do – everyone who tastes gets their chance to have a say, so it could be your vote that decides the 2012 Sushi of the Year. This is a battle among some of the top sushi chefs in the country, so you’re guaranteed an amazing culinary experience, not available anywhere else!

To be part of the Sushi Awards 2012: UK Sushi Roll Championship, you’ll need to buy a tasting ticket. These tickets are limited, so buy now to avoid disappointment. You’ll also need a HYPER JAPAN entry ticket, and combined tickets are available. For more details on times and tickets, see below.
